Bringing a WNBA Championship to the City of New York

The Liberty will kick off their season with an Eastern Conference semi-finals re-match against the Connecticut Sun on June 7. The 2009 season will also feature 17 home games and 2 games on ESPN2.

With stars like Shameka Christon and Janel McCarville, the Liberty are expected to put in a good run for the finals this coming year.
